***Since we must make a commitment to the hotel, all banquet
reservations must be received by Tuesday, May 12, 2009***
Each table seats 10 people. Only table reservations for parties of
six (6) or more will be accepted. The Banquet Chair will have the
discretion of filling the balance of the remaining seats at your
table with others who have purchased banquet tickets but who have no
seating preference.
If
you wish to purchase tickets and/or sit at the same table as your
friends and would like to reserve a table or a portion thereof,
please follow these instructions.
HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS OR RESERVE A TABLE

Complete the Banquet Ticket & Table Reservation Form with the name
for each seat being reserved.

Include the payment for the total amount of purchased seats.

If ordering by mail, please

Banquet Ticket & Table Reservation Form that you should
print, complete and mail, along with your check payable to
the Papillon Club of America, to:

This will take you to our Shopping Cart. If you wish to buy more than one
ticket to reserve a table, click on Continue Shopping, return
to the still open Banquet Reservation page and put in the 2nd persons name.
Follow this procedure for as many as you'd like to purchase,
but for no less than 6 and no more than 10 seats per table.
If you'd like to
purchase several tickets in the same name and have no seating
preference, simply complete the information below and upon checkout,
change the quantity.

Table reservations
will be filled on a first come, first served basis. The priority
will be determined by using the postmarked date on the envelope, if
paying by mail and by the order date, if paying by Paypal.
Please note that
the tickets will not be mailed to you and will be available for
pick-up at the raffle ticket desk located in the hotel ballroom.
