After
many sweeps and breed
wins, came his first
Group I and it was meant
to be.
As the judge
approached Rudy in the
line up,
Rudy stepped out of the
line, looked up at the
judge, wagged his tail
at her and
stepped back
in line. She could not
resist Dorothy Hageman teamed
up with Rudy and I; for
two years Rudy was shown
under
the capable hands
of Barbara Humphreys and together they
achieved Best in Show.
Next, Greynell Richard
came aboard with
Rudy
and I for another
wonderful ride to Best
Toy in Show at the
Southern California Toy
Breeders event. At the
2003 National,
under
Mary Jo Loye, Rudy's
daughter,
Ezee's Party Girl, was
awarded Best Puppy in
Sweepstakes and Rudy was
Best Veteran
in
Sweepstakes.
But all of this history
would not have been
possible without the
trust and faith of Ann
Vrandenburg. By allowing
me to use her
stud, Ch Serna-Stedt
Charles N Charge,
"Charlie".
Rudy's
pedigree speaks for
itself and he knows how
to fly. Rudy will
be
11
years old in June of
2005. If you see him,
please don't tell him
how old he is, he still
thinks he is that
charming and
undeniable youngster who
flies around the ring
letting everyone know
just how great it is to
be a show dog.
Rudy
and
I thank you for this
wonderful trip that we
have been on and I hope
he brings a smile to
your face
