The
PCA
Northeast
Regional
was
first
held
in
February
of
1998.
The
event
was
called
the
PCA
Northeast
Regional
as
to
not
confuse
the
event
with
the
National
Specialty
held
yearly.
It
has
been
very
successful
and
affords
an
opportunity
for
the
PCA
Judge’s
Mentoring
program
to
work
with
the
many
judges
who
attend
this
event.
The
PCA
Northeast
Regional
brings
people
to
New
York
from
all
over
the
Country
who
might
not
normally
come
just
to
attend
Westminster.
If
you
have
ever
been,
you
will
know
that
this
is
the
most
exciting
dog
weekend
of
the
year.
What
a
great
place
to
showcase
our
wonderful
Papillons.
The
PCA
Northeast
Regional
was
held
in
conjunction
with
the
Empire
Specialty
Association
from
1998
through
2000
at
Pier
92
in
New
York
City.
It
is
currently
held
at
the
Hotel
Pennsylvania
in
conjunction
with
other
specialties
and
provides
the
exhibitors
the
convenience
of
staying
in
and
around
the
show
site
headquarters.
Stanley
and
Linda
Sohn
have
chaired
this
event
since
its
inception
and
both
the
exhibitors
and
PCA
appreciate
their
hard
work
and
dedication.
