Our PAP PAL Program
For as little as $25, you can become a "PAP PAL" to one of our rescued Papillons! Your donation will be used for medical expenses for your designated dog, and your name will be listed on our web page by the dog's biography. If you can't offer a home to a rescued Papillon, this is the next best thing!

Donations and payments made to PCA are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. PCA is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code and files an annual franchise tax report with the State of Delaware.
