Scooter 
LOCATION: TEXASAGE: 5 YEARS WEIGHT: 8.5 LBS. Hi I'm Scooter. I want to tell you all about me, and see if I would be a good fit for you and your family. My life has had some bumps, but also some pure joys. I originally came into Rescue in 2003, after a boy threw me down the basement stairs when I was 8 months old, and I broke my leg. My leg healed fine, and Papillon Rescue found me a wonderful home with a very special couple, but after I had been at their home for about a year, my adoptive dad passed away. My adoptive mom was very good to me, but has become ill herself now, and it has been kinda hard on her to take care of a little male with energy like me. She thought it would be best for Papillon Rescue to find another perfect home that would have one of the following: * kids- cause I like to play, play, play * a guy that lives there that will be interested in becoming my "buddy" * someone in the home that would like to work with me- either with beginning agility training, obedience training, or some kind of positive interaction with me- ...cause I want a friend. 
I am leash trained and crate trained but my crate is not really my favorite place to be....my favorite place is with my “people”. I have a great personality, I am not aggressive or dominate, I’m just a “busy body”.
