Donations and payments made to PCA are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. PCA is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code and files an annual franchise tax report with the State of Delaware.
Please note that PCA can only accept donations from residents of Florida who are PCA members due to Florida statute. Anything on this website referring to donation includes this restriction, whether specifically stated in that information or not.

Incorporated under the laws of the State of Ohio in 1973 for a continual existence. The club is currently incorporated in the State of Delaware.
PCA is an exempt organization under section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code. A copy of the IRS determination letter is available from the club President upon formal written request. Additionally, the annual information return, exemption application and supporting documents are available upon formal written request at a cost of $10.00 (U.S.) per document to cover costs of copying and postage.
